Mandatory training
All SCU staff and students complete cyber resilience training each year. It covers phishing, passwords, safe browsing, and incident reporting.
Training is delivered online and takes about 30 minutes. You will receive an email when your training is due.
What it covers
- Recognising phishing emails
- Creating strong passphrases
- Using MFA and passkeys
- Reporting incidents
- Handling university information securely
Check your progress
Training completion is tracked in the staff or student portal. If you have not completed your training, you will receive reminders until you do.
